This does the job it’s supposed to do.
Look and works great, is sturdy but as it’s made of plastic one need to be careful while handling it.
It was very easy to insert the hard drive and once in, the drive fits snugly. Transfer speeds are actually quite good but don’t expect this to be in the same league of the proper external HDDs from brands like WD.
Has a blue light for notifications.
Overall I would say it’s well worth the price

First, what I noticed is the quality of the product, which is satisfactory. 2nd, the transparent body adds the beauty. Build quality is good, sturdy enough, but definitely recommended to handle with care, due to the plastic build, it may get scratches if it falls from a height. About connectivity, it is very easy to connect with laptop/desktop, and it works fine. A blue indicator denotes it is connected and working well. Performance is good, Write speed I have experienced 40 MB/s and read speed 80 MB/s. I have not experienced any issue with loose connection or anything else. I am amazed that it comes with a pouch protection. Installing the drive in this case is very easy, however, a guide could have been a good choice to include in the package, opening the case might be an issue for the first time due to the transparency of the case. You need to slide one side by pressing and pulling towards you. The only con I have found is the length of the cable, which is okay with laptop, but fall shorter with desktop. Overall, a value for money purchase if you are looking for a converter case to use internal laptop harddisk/sata SSD as an external drive.
