The product was stopped charging all of a sudden with no physical damage at all. Tried with different plugs, different devices, swiching on/off – but none of the mentioned troubleshooting options work.
The product says 1 year warranty but doesn’t mention how to avail it. Can the seller/amazon help with this?

Got the replacement after I raised the complaint. Working fine for the last 2 weeks.

I ordered product on August 2024 and it was working fine until feb 2025, but on the purchase date , I registered it under brand warranty.
in feb 2025, it stopped working, & contacted the brand. they’re very helpful, easily i got the replacement of product.
