The item arrived in a plastic bag. Neither plus nor minus. It reduces wasted plastic, though I personally have a fear of shipping damage this way.
Microphone seems clear and is easily adjustable to be at my mouth. Speaker quality is good. I’m no audiophile. I’m not using these for music, but to view technical videos at work. For that, it’s proven more than adequate.
The one complaint that I have keeps me from rating it a 5. But I don’t consider it a huge issue. It’s basically slipping off my ears and my head. It feels like the earpads slowly slip off my ears over a couple of hours. And if I bend over, so far, I’ve had them slip off every time.

Overall it is good. Sometime headphone create some unexpected noise for few milliseconds at regular intervals. Now a days it is working fine.
Jabra software does not support Cisco webex meeting. Can’t connect or disconnect Cisco calls using physical key.

Unable to connect with Ocimum Systems Pvt ltd, who delivered the headset to me. The product is within 2 yr warranty period but Jabra confirms that the product is already out of warranty and hence they can’t support with repairs or replacement. Tried calling Ocimum but they are not answering the phone.

Built is below average. Serves its purpose.. really good for zoom calls.
Update after 2 years of rough usage: it has started giving issues with connection n mic. Had to change the pads often was another disadvntage. Overall its worth the money and a reliable headset till now.

Attempted to return .. not excepted was after 30 days.. how can you truly know if it’s a quality item @ $55… & see if it’s an efficient quality item if you can’t use it for over 30 days 🤔
