The base is the best feature. It is heavy, so no tipping, and flat so it slides under things. Every moving piece of the stand feels like quality, and moves well.
I like to use this stand with my camera when doing Zoom meetings. Putting the camera in front of the other person’s face allows me to look directly at them.
The stand is minimal enough that it is easy to see around when needed.

I use this for conference calls and it allows me to put the camera in front of the screen. This way I can look at the camera and make virtual “eye contact” with whoever I’m speaking to. It’s a great plus.

I wanted something that I could set up in front of my monitor so I could look straight ahead into the camera. This was the best thing I could find. Very solid unit. I wish the pole was even smaller diameter as it still gets blocks my screen, esp with multiple people on a call. The only thing better would be some sort of L-stand that I could swivel horizontally to get the camera out of my way.
