Works as advertised. It’s very sturdy, ensuring that your camera doesn’t move around too much or fall over. The tilt can be adjusted, and works with any camera that can be screwed in at the bottom. And it’s easy to clamp onto your desk. Just keep in mind though that this is the 15″ version. While that’s exactly the length I needed, it may be too short for others. Be sure to measure the height you need beforehand.

I got these to use all over the place in all of our filming/photography areas! I will say, the new shoe is a universal screw mount but isn’t as versatile as the original quick change shoe. There’s an additional plastic nut between the screw and the clip mount that makes it a little less sturdy than the original. Also, while the original C clamp mount has a wide handle that’s comfy to grip, the new model has a simple metal stick that can be difficult to handle, though a lower profile than the comfort grip.
The goose neck is AWESOME and so sturdy, I currently use the Zoom q2n (roughly the size and weight of a GoPro) but I would feel totally comfortable using a point & shoot on these. Would not use a DSLR camera, I don’t think the gooseneck is wide enough to support the weight.
I do like that the clip mounts are interchangeable, it makes it so easy to move the camera from place to place without having to unscrew completely.

While not as steady as a Sachler tripod, this movable arm is convenient for occasional use in Zoom meetings and casual chat applications. I like that I can move it completely out of the way, and then back to the correct spot quickly (I center my camera on the screen, so it’s in the way for anything other than meetings). I do find that if I shake the desk, the mount does vibrate quite a bit, so I make sure not to shake the desk during meetings, etc…

The gooseneck attaches to the clamp but it differs from the standard. The standard gooseneck attaches directly above the center of the clamp screw, but this gooseneck attaches to part of the clamp that sticks out. For some desks, this type of clamp will work perfectly.

It could be longer
Also mount to camera could be improved
