First off, these are not high performance Bose or Sony speakers, they are not full and rich and vibrant sound. But you knew that because you’re shopping for $30 speakers. But these are really great and I’ll tell you why:
1. The RGB lighting is not intense, it’s there as an accent but it doesn’t light up a room, so my desk is in my bedroom and these lights can stay on all night and don’t interrupt my sleep.
2. They are great quality if you consider the price, they aren’t the loudest but I sit around 3 feet away from my monitor where they are located and I can get away with about 40% system volume and hear clearly.
3. They have more bass than you’d expect, it’s lower in the mid-range rather than full bass, you can’t feel it but it’s there to add to the sound quality. I listen to podcasts a lot and the voices sound like they’re in the studio, there is a certain depth.
4. They have a combined volume/off switch, and this is pretty standard but it’s nice because it turns the lights off too. Nice touch.
5. There is about 36″ of travel between the speakers and about 36″ to the power/audio jack, I use a 30″ ultra-wide monitor and there is still some room to move the speakers but they sit an inch or two off from the sides of the screen, and I appreciate that the manufacturer took into account larger displays.
6. Some people have complained that the touch feature to change the lighting is confusing or not apparent, maybe it’s because I received a revision of the original but it’s clearly labelled on the right speaker where to touch to change the effects.
All around I’d buy again. I dropped one point for sound quality because it’s not the bomb, it’s budget but if you are looking at it it’s a cut above for budget.

This speaker is soo pretty that you can’t take your eyes from the rgbs and the sound quantity is freaking beast literally it had 0 sound distortion in full volume. Plus the bass and the sound quality makes a perfect ambiance…
