I am a call centre worker and use this as my daily driver it has excellent audio quality noise reduction and best it fits my Samsung s10 plus as sounds great it does not work well in Chinese handsets like oppo vivo xaoimi one plus it beats headsets like Jabra and Plantronics at this price range for those who so not know audio technica makes Profesional grade microphones used by international singers Podcaster and sound professionals the headset is very light and can be used easily for 10 to 12 hours without any feeling of discomfort

This headphone is ideal for long duration usage since it is light weight, may be because the material used is not of high quality. The “mute” switch works perfectly, very handy for office usage. The wire is long enough.
I got a defective volume control button, and the microphone extension is not sturdy enough, it keeps falling back on to the mouth when not in use (folded).
Although it has a dual connectivity feature, when connected to phone the microphone does not work. Hence, this can be used only for listening when connected to a phone.
After 2 months of usage, the microphone stopped working, do not waste your money on this product.

Not as sturdy as other headphones I used. Still a decent build. Comes with micro usb port (with adapter) which improves audio quality. Only con is the short mic but still okay. Executives or professionals who spend long time on call would be surely comfortable. Life of this headphone is yet to be seen.

We purchase 2 of Audio-Technica and 2 of Sennheiser PC-8.2. Utilised by our Sales team who are on calls for 5-6 hours a day. The microphone on this device as well as the call quality is supremely good, way better than the Sennheiser ones. The headset is lightweight too and cushions are comfortable. Sennheiser is better if you are looking to listen to songs or watch movies, as the bass is terrific. But why would you purchase a PC headset for entertainment purposes?
Strongly recommending this headset for anyone who works from home, call centers, students etc. Really good quality sound output plus phenomenal microphone!

Material usage is the only concern rest everything is superb for normal office use especially for IT people.this is is recommended only for lap/desktop usage for office people don’t use or prefer it for mobile.

Dceent sound for the price point. Anyways the purpose if getting these headphones is to have good call quality. The microphones are good, clear and cancel most of the ambient sounds, I take calls with my kids cartoons running on the TV in the same room. For the headphone part, the frequencies needed for hearing someone talk clearly are handled well.

Sound quality both incoming and outgoing is not good. Listeners complained me that my voice is very low. On the other hand incoming sound is low and cables appear to be loose and had to adjust them to hear properly
Overall not satisfied with this headset.
