The driver SEEMS to load up, but shows up on Device Manager with warning.
NO amount of uninstalling/ rebooting/ re-installing makes any difference – it is still showing as not working.
Its also NOT returnable… SO BUYERS Be AWARE !

This is a CP 2102 SiliconLabs chip. In the description it is written PL2303 which is incorrect. There is NO high quality transparent heat-shrinkable plastic sleeve (as mentioned) present on the device.
