Product was working good for 2 and half years. Once it stopped working not sure whom to contact. Local shops refused to look into it for any repairs since its bought online. Honeywell or seller should have given the contact process.

I am seeing some people complaining that their laptop 3 pin plugs are not fitting. The thing is they do fit but you really have to push it in. The socket will be tight at first. Don’t be afraid to push it in.

Especially if you are running expensive devices, Macs and monitors at home. I have been using the surge protector ever since i had a slew of 13k components fried 3 years back.
