Move the yellow clip on the back panel to the correct position
Mount the back panel to motherboard from back side
Screw the bracket with motherboard from front side
Before installing the CPU cooler, apply a thin layer of thermal grease on the surface of the CPU.
Then hook the short CPU cooler clip to the mounting lug on one side of the bracket.
On the other side, push straight down on the long CPU cooler clip to hook it to the mounting lug on the bracket.
Finally, attach the 3 PIN power connector of the CPU cooler to the CPU fan header (CPU_FAN) on the motherboard.

Pros: Price is fair RGB = Sweet Fan is cool Cons: While it will physically mount to these “supported” chips with the hardware included, it will NOT actually cool large X series 2011 chips. The surface are of the chip is at LEAST twice as large as the surface are of the cooler. Overall Review: Overall good value per dollar, but NOT for 2011 or Intel X series chips. FCLGA2011-3 specifically is NOT compatable (though in sellers defence, it will physically mount to these chips with the included hardware).
