First of all, it’s a genuine product with HP original warranty. Hardware is very good. Windows 11, they have provided only core single language, it is very basic in features and you have to upgrade to professional edition. Office 365 provided with the laptop is a trial and did not able to activate it and that’s worst. I installed my office 365. McAfee antivirus is a waste software taking more space and i uninstalled it. Person didn’t know about os and office installation will be difficult. Performance is superb. Sounds are good for me. Nice and sturdy build. Light, thin & compact beast.

I read so many reviews before purchasing this product and compared it with other products available in the market. The tech specs is still the best we can get. Something made me feel that the laptop was not brand new. I don’t know if it was just my thought but I did not have a great feeling. The screws in the back side of the laptop had many screw driver marks which means it was closed and opened a few times.
The speaker sound was very bad. I was unable to hear anything without having to use a earphones during my calls. My office laptop is HP Elitebook and it also has the same B & O audio but the quality would be excellent. The sound quality in this laptop is very very poor. I also don’t think the Laptop has a 8 hour battery backup. I doubt that.
Other things I will get to know only after I keep using the laptop.

Running smooth. Lightweight good for college. Ms office 2021 lifetime is provided. Games runs like butter. All apps open instantly. Hinges are very good and no wobbling of any kind

After searching for couple of months i finally ordered this beast. It the best in this price range. Performance is top notch, look is amazing, backlight is bright, key’s are working smoothly, charger is powerfull hardly took 1.5 hour to 2 hour for full charge and the display is very awesome.

Lenevo 74000mrp in this laptop display blinking and used laptop,second 80000 mrp lenevo that is also used and audio and mic are not working OK I have ordered 3rd one that is hp 74000 mrp in this laptop super but used that is warranty only 2 months old so what I am saying they are 100%selling used laptop if customer don’t have system knowledge then it is new laptop for courier if courier have knowledge check the laptop when we open first if have knowledge they sale only used laptop in online sale 100% sure amezon sellers selling used laptop only. But other hand amezon service good.

Only drawback}: BATTERY BACKUP (1 to 4 for {normal use ) (1 to 2 ) for heavy gaming.
Performance was very heigh
Storage showing 476gb and free space 400
GB with out any downloading file/game/movie

The laptop is pretty good, but the thing is the battery is dang bad, some dude was was saying it lasts 2 hours in heavy gaming, then why doesnt it last for a hour while playing roblox?it even takes a bit of a long time for it to charge,the webcam sucks,and it can get dusty pretty quickly (dont know if its because of my house’s atmostphere) but a gamer wont care much unless you are a streamer, so thats it, a pretty good product, satisfied customer

The battery backup even on a casual usage is below par,
The HP customer service is unresponsive as well, My product date was mentioned 3-4 months prior to the date of my purchase on my warranty details, I raised request twice and it has yet to be resolved.
The driver installs from HP support wont install at times.
