nice UPS at this price point i still didn’t get to know tht how long it last cz here it’s not tht electricity issues i just bought it for sudden short cuts tht could corrupt the hard drive (Disk) so bought it just some days till now i didn’t faced any issue w it it’s working it’s not heat tht much just a little bit and tht is normal well it has batteries and at this price range u couldn’t any better thn this ig its cool product tht u should buy if u need it anyways, I’m using it for my PC and 24nch LG monitor and a router it claims tht it’ll give 40 mins backup w these, but as i said i still don’t know how much it’ll really give to me it depends on uses so as my guessing and expectations mybe I’ll get around 30 – 35 mins w these three items and if only w router thn ig ummm 7-8 hours mybe let’s see … Thanks for reading….!!!!😄✌️

Using it for a CCTV setup. Estimate a consumption of about 60W. Gives a backup of around 30-35 minutes (within 1 week of purchase. Future battery degradation can reduce backup). I think for an average PC setup it may give 10 minutes of backup. Can’t say it topped my expectations, but worth for the price. BTW local stores provide the same model for the same price, sometimes even cheaper than amazon. If you are willing to carry the item to your destination, you can opt local purchase.

The ups is one of the best in term of power backup for wifi router along with modem. It gave me nearly 8 hrs backup. I have used this ups for nearly 9 months. Now it is showing me problem. The ups is not getting charged the charging light gets on and goes away. Looks like it has done his duty and now it is time for his retire. Looking for new one now.

I had purchased the Artis Mini DC UPS back in October 2022, it worked beautifully and powered by ONT and Wireless router for many many hours during power outages. I don’t think I have had a power outage long enough to exhaust the UPS’s battery.
However in April 2023, while I was away, suddenly I lost remote connectivity to my home network. I initially just attributed it to the ISP being down, but it remained down until I reached back home a month later. When I was back home, I could see the device in a restart loop, powers on the connected device for a split second, then turns off, and this cycle keeps repeating. So I can only assume that this process was going on for a month while I was away.
My ONT device started working when I connected to an alternate power source, but my main router (7-8k worth device), was not working. I managed to recover it by doing a hard reset, and then restoring all the configuration, however it goes into the bad state every 2-3 days, so basically no longer reliable.
I completely understand devices failing, but it should fail without taking down all connected devices with it. Perhaps, if I was at home, I’d have noticed this sooner and disconnected my devices, but to my bad luck I was away when it happened.
Artis’ warranty process seemed decent, but its a carry in service and there is only one service centre in Bangalore. I called them up and they said its an immediate replacement, but I haven’t had the time to go there. I asked if I can courier the defective unit and they can send it back, but I have to bear the shipping expenses both ways. Otherwise have to opt for home replacement which is a paid service for Rs 350 or so. I might just courier it and pay them to courier the replacement back, better than travelling two hours up and down to get a replacement and cheaper than home service.

The device works well with 9V and 12V wifi devices. I got 3-4 hours backup initially. But after using for 3 months, the battery backup reduced to zero second. No way to contact customer care and claim warranty. I contacted one of the best battery pack maker in Haridwar (Aryan Enterprise Battery Makers) and they told that battery quality was very poor. The 2S-7.4V BMS module and batteries got dead in just 3 months so they made a custom 5A capacity battery pack with amazing BMS unit. Now, my device is well functioning and giving backup of more than 6 hours.
If you want to use it for JioFiber then please keep in mind that it supplies 12V 2A while the requirement is 12V 2.5 A.
