Desktop received in non-working condition. Raised a request for technician visit. No one came. Contacted Amazon Customer service and they have been unable to help despite speaking to executives at 3 different hierarchy levels. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED! WOULD HAVE GIVEN ZERO STARS BUT THERE IS NO SUCH OPTION!

I bought this HP CPU from NEW JAISA Amazon seller recently and it’s been fantastic. It runs all my applications smoothly and is perfect for both work and gaming. Setup was easy and straightforward.
