I bought this ram for my Lenovo G 50-80 which already has a 4gb DDR3 pre-installed RAM. At the first few times of the installation it didn’t work, and i got nervous why is it happening. After so many efforts it got installed and the laptop finally started showing the screen. But there was no improvement in the speed of the laptop, although the properties of the laptop shows it has now 8gb of ram, but no improvement in the speed. I don’t why it is happening, is there any fault in the ram or i need to do any type of rebooting or something ?
