Very heavily used with lots of scratches and logo damage. Externally seems not to refurbished at all.

The PRODUCT was as described with minimal scratches. Has CHROME OS initially I guess (ORIGINAL BOX) and WINDOWS 11 came out of the REFURBISHED BOX. Unfortunately mine started with BSOD post WINDOWS UPDATE.
Had to initiate a RETURN though I LOVED the product as there was no REPLACEMENT AVAILABLE (OUT OF STOCK). Had a BAD EXPERIENCE with the REVERSE PICKUP GUY. He expected a BRAND NEW DEVICE as opposed to the REFURBISHED one. Had to explain to him multiple times post which he picked it up. I am glad I had made a video of taking the product out of the package. This helped & I showed it to him. I am DISAPPOINTED at AMAZON for the guy did not know what he is picking up and started to argue his point. This shows clear lack of understanding the TECHNOLOGY and TRAINING. First time I had a BAD EXPERIENCE with my REVERSE PICKUP facilitated by AMAZON.
Final thoughts: As it’s a refurbished one you may get a FAULTY PRODUCT if you are unlucky like me, else it is a good product. The price should have been 1-2K lesser.

The product is in good condition, and the set-up was easy. Overall, it was good value for money, considering this will be my second computer, mostly for running code.
Had to call support for a minor clarification and found them very helpful.
