We used the speaker for a small new year program outdoors. There were like 35 people assembled. The sound was ok, but not very loud. I think having two of these speakers paired together might be enough for a small outdoor party.

The product speaker is amazing it just a bluetooth mike which has fluctuating voice amplification

I bought this for seminars/ delivering lectures to customer. However, MIC is very sub standard, very low output. Also, MIC is very poor in catching voice, you almost need to stick it to your mouth.
Tried to apply for refund, bot AMAZON denied replacement/refund and asked to contact BOAT.
We contacted boat, they asked to contact AMAZON as product was delivered today.
We are stuck between two companies. Customer care executives are also talking in very unprofessional manner.
Further, I was asked to reach service centre, however, no service centre is available in Himachal.
To avoid these troubles, simply don’t buy.
Don’t buy if you MIC is priority –
Anybody willing to buy this, can purchase it without any hesitation.Base, travel, mic and the total package is phenomenal

Mic also very Poor and Less Sound, even i can’t hear that mic Sound when I stand beside the Speaker…
Battery Back up Also Very less, I experienced around 1hour only. Not Value for money

Size is Big, But Sound is very very small…

and There is no exchange Option, I have tried so many times to exchange it…So many times I have talked to Amazon executives and they all are rejected my request…
I’m Living in A Small Village which is So fat from Metro Cities around 200km distance from my Village, But they said please Visit Service center for your Problem they will provide you Repair or Replacement…
what is this…why should I travel that much distance…I thought better to back those days…I request you all please visit nearest Retailers and Shop offline…Don’t purchase Online…Once you Buy a Product if it’s all OK your fine…if it is defective or doesn’t work well…you will regret after that…Amazon or Flipkart they can’t help you ever…you definitely loss your money Like me☹️

It’s a defective product I didn’t expected only 1 week and the speaker is not working…
Im totally disappointed to the company like Boat..
Guys go offline for these type of products…
And right now I don’t have an option to return it now 😞
