I am extremely disappointed with this product. The primary reason I purchased this webcam was for the advertised privacy shutter. Upon receiving the product, I found that the privacy shutter was completely absent. This is a clear case of false advertising and a significant security breach.
The lack of a privacy shutter renders the product useless for its intended purpose. I expected a product that prioritized user privacy, but instead, I received a product that compromised it.
I demand a full refund and a replacement product with the advertised privacy shutter. This is unacceptable and a complete waste of my time and money.

Everything related to this webcam is great. The only downside is with the wide angle. During meetings the other person can see your complete room so make sure you have a separate room before using this

I was a little skeptical about buying this. But this product has exceeded all my expectations. I received it in perfect packing with no scratches or fingerprints on it. I have been using it for about 1 month almost every day. I even contacted the seller to thank him as it looks completely new. I have used it continuously for hours and there had been no heating issues as well. This is perfect for my streams.
