The NH-D9 DX-3647 4U features a larger, custom-designed contact surface and supports both square and narrow type LGA3647 platforms. Based on the proven, 92mm size NH-D9L heatsink and equipped with two of Noctua’s renowned PWM controlled NF-A9 92mm fans (high-efficiency 2500rpm version), it combines strong performance with excellent compatibility for 4U systems and other space-restricted applications. This cooler is only compatible with Intel LGA3647. It cannot be used on any other sockets and is incompatible with Noctua’s standard mounting kits.

Overall Review: Fast deliveryI am using Noctua products in my device, the noctua fan is fine but Noctua NH-D9 DX-3647 4U, Premium CPU Cooler for Intel Xeon LGA3647 (Brown) fins are factory damaged. I think the quality control is very bad.I made two purchases and the product was damaged both times, I bought 4 items.

Pros: I have used many Noctua products in the past and have seen consistently high quality and attention to detail, this heat sink is no exception. This cooler is very quiet. I just installed it on a 205w TDP Xeon and did an overnight burn in test. Temps have been stable at 70c. No complaints. Cons: None so far. Overall Review: Mine did arrived completely undamaged, no bent fins, and seemed well packaged. I am planning on ordering another so we will see if the next one is the same situation. I would have no concerns with buying this cpu cooler.
