Multiple issues with the device, do not know how Amazon can say that it went through multiple checkpoints.
1. Right side ear cup and mic was not functional.
2. The device was not getting connected to the usb dongle.
3. Product came without a box, it was simply kept in the Jabra pouch and wrapped in bubble wrap.
