Pros:
Very good headphone for long office calls.
Very good in noise cancellation
Love the mute/unmute in hand controls. Very helpful when you are in screensharing meeting.
Cons:
Very delicate product. Even if you will take utmost care of the product, it bound to break.
The plastic near mic broke after 1-2 months of purchase.
Within 1 year, the soft cushions foam ear pads got torn

I purchased this headset on November 15, 2024, and within a few weeks, it completely stopped working. The right-side magnet inside the earphone started shaking and making noise, which seems to be a common issue reported by other customers. Additionally, the volume control panel heats up within a minute, and the light on the control stopped working before the entire headset became unusable.
I reached out to customer support, but the process was frustratingly slow. After multiple emails and messages, they finally asked me to courier the product at my own cost for a warranty claim. Given that this issue has been reported by many customers, it’s clear this is a manufacturing defect, yet the burden of shipping is placed on the buyer.
I would not recommend this product due to its poor durability and reliability. Look for better alternatives! I expected better durability and quality for the price. Not recommended unless you’re okay with potential issues in a short time!
Overall, poor quality product and disappointing after-sales service. Not recommended!

These headphones are good as per price. They have great sound quality, comfortable padding and a sleek design. Wire length is good but need to improve wire quality. Mic also working fine also has noise cancelation. It has volume and mic buttons which are very use full. Overall good product for this price.

I thought I was taking a chance by buying this headphone but it delivered same quality, perhaps higher than that of Logitech headset. This USB powered headset is best for those who take calls for long hours as it is very light weight, sound quality is also very good. The wire is also long so if u are health conscious, you can also do walking with the headphone on, unless u are doing some typing task. So best things I like about it is- good quality, long wire, Sound quality very good, light weight. Awesome product.
