I wanted a light weight headset and wow does this qualify! People I game with say that my voice sounds great!
I do miss the mute button and volume control that were in the right ear of my old headset – guess I had to give that up for it to be as light as it is. On this one the volume and mute switch are half way down the cord on the right hand side.

Product is good, packaging was really good i mean seller took full care for it definately.
Now let’s come to quality of the headphones, see the mic is really good it provide the experience to the listener as it provide clean and clear high pitched voice with 60-70 noise reduction.
But i was bit disappointed with its cable quality and headband material quality, as it was average i mean if you are spending Rs.2600 over a headphone, good quality is what you do expect.
But overall if you’re a headphone for only good noise reducing mic purpose, this one is for you, don’t expect base from it as it is not for listening music on high base.
I am doing W.F.H so a good microphone headphone is what i was looking, and this headphone solved my issue.
So yes go for it if your budget is under 3000.

Headphones are good for meetings because it provides very good quality of noise cancellation. It’s important that your background chaos is nit audible to others.
Below are some pros and cons.
Pros
Good background noise cancellation for mic.
Physical Mute unmute slider.
Volume control wheel.
Nice crisp headphones audio.
Overall good package for office meetings.
Cons
Not comfortable for ears for long duration call.
Audio is not for listening music.
Mute unmute button does not change status on teams or application meeting manually need to click post mute unmute also.

So after the one month of usage of EPOS headset, I can say that this is absolutely or undoubtedly a good product in near about product category. The price justifies the quality that it provides, however one request from Sinnehiser is that please make form over the war piece a but more comfortable for longer duration calls. I’m normally using this product for long calls like 4-5 hours of bridge calls. There’s no problem so far I noticed. Mic quality and Sound is pretty good. I can say a worth having product in your office library. Thanks

I re-ordered a brand which I was using for about five years but needed a new set and received this brand where the headset is identical but much better rich sound and comfortable fit. When adjusting the movement is nicely stiff which is a good thing as my old set would slip and when your on a call for two hours it’s not good, but this headset holds very nicely, the adjustable microphone produces great sound I am told by people on calls and the lead is a generous length to provide flexibility. A great quality wired headset at a great price.

Very good headset in this budget of 2.5k. bought is for work-from-home purposes. Very good noise cancellation as compare to other in this segment. I tried with office voice and songs playing in backround on full volume but no noise went to the next person on the call. but if some one is talking very near to you the voice will go.
1 downside is the wires are bit thin. so handle it carefully.

This is NOT a Sennheiser product. EPOS was seperated from Sennheiser years ago and they do not support warranty for it.
EPOS has warehouse only in Bangalore and you need to courier you product there for any warranty claim. Also note that you will bare the cost of courier. If the warranty claim is successful, then the company will reimburse but the process takes days.
Having said that, the quality of the product is good and it lightweight which is perfect for long hours.

To działa z laptopem. Posiada wbudowaną kartę dźwiękową . Idealny do video konferencji. jedyne słuchawki, które komputer i laptop widzi jako odrębne urządzenie do odsłuchu i mikrofon. W ustawieniach dźwięku ustawić mikrofon jako EPOS PC 8 USB i działać!!!!. Zdecydowanie polecam!!!

I have purchased this primarily for taking MS Teams calls from laptop. Call quality and noise cancellation at the receiver’s end seems to be fine. Earlier I have used Plantronics headset. As compared to Plantronics, i didn’t find any major difference in terms of taking calls. Comfort was also okay as I don’t have to be in a meeting for more than 30 mins. There is a mute button but LED light on mute button is missing. This is okay considering it’s price and what competition has to offer. Glad I didn’t went for costlier Plantronics and Jabra headset since this gets the job done for me.
Suggestion: Kindly keep your headset in a hard case so as to safeguard wires from physical and environmental damage.

My only need in a headset was for Teams call. It does an awesome job of cancelling background noise. Even I played loud music in a speaker nearby and the person on the other side just heard my voice crystal clear.
Yes, the wires tend to get tangly, may not last, but I can take calls even in loud street noises or shouting without stressing out!
May have to take extra care in proper handling if we wish this headphone to last longer.
