I previously wrote a review saying how happy I was with this product until I wasn’t. Last week the paper jammed while printing and I could not clear it.. I tried contacting the company (which is pretty much non-existent). Emailed customer care only to be informed this product is not on their list for service. KODAK is no longer involved or back this product, so good luck trying to make a warranty claim. I purchased this printer in Aug,2024 and only printed about 40 pictures,so Amazon would not honor the return. DO NOT purchase this item!!

La compré para un regalo de reyes y ya la he visto en funcionamiento y está genial. Sencilla de usar y con una gran calidad en la impresión. Y salió todo en un pack genial y a un precio buenísimo, por Black friday. Aún así a su precio normal tampoco me parece cara, para la calidad que da.
