Big Alert, if you see Service center replacement option for any product in return section, don’t buy in online. I made this mistake and facing lot of problems now. This printer has no return option provided by Amazon and only service center replacement option is there if something gone wrong with this. For my bad luck I got a defective product and not I am struggling to get it replaced. Literally zero support from Amazon on this, Brother customer support delaying my replacement. 1st they told to talk to Amazon and get it re-placed but as per policy Amazon denied it. After multiple follow-ups with brother support with different people finally they agreed to replace but taking long time and long process and approvals. Don’t know when I get the resolution for this. So, in short don’t buy these items in online definitely you will regret your decision. Amazon you failed here to provide the support to the customer.

I brought this on 16 th September 2024.every thing was good.but toner cartridge was TN-2570XL price very high.its a letest version.

Got the Brother Printer for Home Use, very nice looking product, good packaging and delivery. Very easy to install…took just 5 10 mins. Print quality good and duplexer works well…value for money and wifi setup was easy.
