I love the printer. Though the printer cable was defective which caused a lot of hassle at the beginning but the moment it was realised and the cable changed, everything became perfect.

Writing this review after over an year. Using this printer for printing photos on photo papers. Printer performance is very awesome. Ink refilling is very easy and spill proof. Value for money. Perfect for home and business use too. It connects with smartphone via wifi. But setting up wifi is a bit confusing and time consuming. But once connected with the app, you can print anything from mobile directly.

I bought this printer in May 2023. The printing quality is just above average. Can’t read font if it is less than 6 in word document.
If you don’t use it for 10 days, there will line appearing. So you should undergo print head cleaning.
After every 10 print head cleaning, you should replace the print head driver, which will cost upto Rs.700+service charges.
Print speed is not upto the mark.
It is recommended for Photo studio where every day Passport size photos are printed.

Two days after the one-year warranty expired, the printer had a problem. They said that they would send a technician only if I book an online complaint and pay a service charge of 700 rupees first. Waste of money…

Didn’t face much problem for setting up the device and little problem faced while connecting to the network.
Since I took this for schools day to today projects printing. Print quality is average for color, since this is specifically not photo printer, I don’t expect much.
But good for average home usage.
Happy with the product as of now.
Shall edit the review if I come across any problem in future.
