It spills rubber portion at back sside of SSD when you hold it in your hand. I can’t use since received product due to damage item replacement by Crucial service center not by Amazon. Replace product also not received till yet 11 days passed. The company took a long time to replace it and try to deny for receve replacement. Representative told me not a mejor issue, they received it for replace even though I had to force it.

Literally no response even from crucial official mail ID. Packed just like vegetable from local vendors. Not detecting in my mobile/laptop everytime. It’s good as paper weight now. Worst custoner support. To amazon: If you guys don’t want to sell, remove from product list.

I just needed a basic but durable SSD to keep all my movie and music files. This thing is super tiny – fits in palm of my hand. Looks to be made of a very strong outer shell so I have no fear of it falling on the floor and getting damaged. It wrote all my files in an acceptable timely manner and did the job for me. For all the reviewers griping about the REAL speed not being what advertised, so what?? If you need to transfer files in a split second I have to wonder what you are up to. Works fine for about 99.99999% of us mere mortals. And the price was great.

Mon 3ème SSD Crucial, les deux autres sont dans ma tour. Ce 1To me sert de disque de sauvegarde, je le voulais rapide, fiable et peu encombrant, c’est exactement ce qu’il est. On peut même dire qu’il est minuscule, environ la taille de 2 clés USB mais il respire vraiment la quallité et la solidité avec son chassis en aluminium anodisé et sa norme IP55 (eau/poussière).
Question vitesse d’écriture c’est du tout bon, 1Go/s théoriques et si vos ports USB3 sont bien paramétrés vous n’en serez pas loin (850Mo/s en moyenne en écriture)!
Une marque plus que sérieuse, une valeur sûre.

Tiny yet super fast and never heats up. It’s amazingly easy to carry around. Good finish with a soft under surface (rubbery) to place over the Mac.
