Amazing product. Not issue so far after 2 months. Mopping could be better as this just drags a wet cloth along. Ecovacs mopping might be better

The X10 vaccuum cleaner is working well. The laser sensor and mapping is good. However, it doesn’t have features like selection of specific area for cleaning as the Ecovacs Robots. We have to select entire room for cleaning. Need to check the life of laser distance sensor. Ecovacs has the worst LDS as it goes away very often. The great advantage with this system is, it came with 1+1 year warranty and is also economical. The dust collector is excellent. Mopping is not that good. Also the orientation of mopping cloth was not impressive. Cleans my 1300 sft house in 65 min with excellent battery. Even after cleaning for 65 min, the power bar even didn’t drop by 1 bar, Showing its excellent power capacity.

This is a very useful product for people who are not satisfied with the timings or cleaning style of their maid.
It cleans not only hard surface but carpets as well. It ensures that everyone corner of the house is cleaned.
It doesn’t get stuck and moves quickly which allows cleaning to happen quickly the auto-cleaning station was a huge plus for me as it enables the vacuum to empty itself into the base station periodically making the process free from manual effort. You will have to empty the base station only once in a couple of days.
The installation was super easy with the help of instructions written in the manual.
I am very happy with the product as it allows a lot of flexibility in terms of cleaning hours which was a huge pain point for me earlier.

– Its auto-cleaning station eliminates the need to frequently remove the dust and debris from the vacuum, you can have multiple rounds of cleaning without worrying to clean the vacuum frequently.
This feature was a decision-maker for me as it makes the product fully automated.
– It avoids obstacles making navigation smooth while ensuring that corners are covered. It also allows you to create a map of each group.
This gives you the flexibility to select only one room instead of the entire home.

The Xiaomi Robot Vacuum Cleaner X10 does a great job with map scanning and pathfinding, easily navigating most areas of the house and even thin carpets. It vacuums really well, but thick carpets can be a bit tricky. The mop feature is a letdown though – I still have to mop every other day, especially with a pet around. Great for vacuuming, but don’t count on it for mopping!

It did a great job, just once. And went offline, one day later. Contacted Amazon: They need “Defect certificate from MI/Xiaomi”. So, I engage the manufacturer support through the 800 published number. They gave me the runaround instead of replacement. The technician who visited simply says “Water damage, sensors damaged”. No troubleshooting whatsoever. I feel sorry for all those who purchase this company’s products. I would not recommend.
