I ordered this product two times and got it in defective condition both the times.

Product is defective. When you sit on it it is tilting towards one side. Cloth used on chair is purely made up of Nylon and very uncomfortable. Seat cushion is negligible and gives feeling of a stool. Customer care is only interested to tell you that it cannot be returned and it’s not defective and it’s just your feeling. Worst product ever seen. Don’t waste your money.

it’s a Chair in which u can’t sit,
looks great like chair but if u sit, head rest pushes your neck leaning forward,
hand rests are available but u cant place your arms as its lower in height, to reach hand rest you need to bend side ways to reach it, that means other side arm is a km away from handrest.
price is mentioned as if like best in class, but not worth 2000rs.

I recently purchased an office chair from Amazon, and I am very satisfied with my purchase. The chair has a reclining function, which is great. You just need to pull the lever to enable the recline function. The back support is excellent and provides the perfect amount of comfort and support for my daily activities. The chair looks exactly like it did on Amazon. The assembly manual includes a QR code. You can simply scan the QR code and watch a well-explained tutorial video for assembly. It was very easy to put together, and the seat is well cushioned.

Its been 2 months since purchase,now it leans to one side when I sit on it,can’t even recline anymore as its unstable.It is so wobbly that I keep having to adjust myself and I get severe back pain from it..really a waste of money 🙁
