The lumber support doesn’t even touch the mesh net, leave alone the support it provide – nothing. The alignment of the seat and back is also very poor.
The customer service is extremely poor. They respond to each email after so many days of gap. Sometimes they don’t even listen to what you have replied over email and ask for same thing over and over. It took them months just to provide a basic technician visit.

I opted for the mid variant of chair in this model from GreenSoul as my past experience with a different brand was very bad. Have been using for a month now. So far seems good, hope it continues to work as expected. The relief with this chair is the 5 year warranty that assures you piece of mind. I am hoping to use this product without issues for good amount of time and my next purchase will be based on my experience with this one.

Received delivery within 2days from ordered date so happy for that, while unpacking found it doesn’t have manual, though it’s not so difficult to assemble the chair, coming to chair quality quite good, not so good but okay, they could have improved the quality of side handle, in comfort wise it’s good, cushion is good for office workers who need to sit 8 to 10hrs, overall I think it’s value for Money if the price would be around 7500rs – 8000rs

Chair build quality is average and not great. Also the Multi-synchro lock mechanism is not smooth and lock is not stable at 90 and 120 degree positions i.e. it still reclines at these positions. Also, they mention that the lift is Class-4, but no-where on the lift it is mentioned. The chair has no branding except on the seat. So you are not sure which part is actually correct part and belong to your chair.
Now coming to the delivery: I received a box which was torn and dirty and was in bad shape with even no proper tape on it. While I opened all the parts were lying without any packaging, and while close inspection of box I found there are 2 Shipping labels, It was shipped earlier and returned by customer and then was sent to me. I was shipped with defective/wrong backrest and head rest, and when contacted the Green Soul customer service they refused to provide any help and asked to contact Amazon. It took me 3 days to connect the customer service as every time hen I did call, there was a message-we are not available at this time . Certainly this chair is not good in this segment and also as the customer support is poor, you will not have mental peace. Better shell out some extra bucks and go with reputed and reliable brand like featherlite.
