Review after 3 months os usage:
I’m happy with this product,value for money, ergonomic design, which is makes comfortable and it’s easy to assemble.
The customer care team is also top-notch. Unfortunately, I accidentally broke one of the headrest parts after two months of use due to excessive pressure and a spring that was I fitted it was too tight and caused the damage. I contacted customer support, and they promptly sent a replacement part, which arrived within 2-3 days.
Their exceptional service motivated me to write this review. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the product and great customer care
Quality of the product is good but color of the product received is not as per order and the delivery also took long time –
I bought two chairs of beAAtho company through Amazon a few months ago. I found this is really good product as I have been using these chairs continuously and nothing adverse is noticed. More over these chairs are easy to assemble as well. So my experience about this product is very satisfactory. One must try this product because it’s economical also as compared to other companies.

It’s a good chair with decent build quality , no defomed plastic and comfortable cushions and seat . The weight isn’t too much of an issue either , and the wheel quality is also good , it can support a goof weight without getting deformed and has a good back mesh too so it’s Quite comfortable , The fit is also good and it’s quite easy to assemble the chair also , the only issue i faced was the angle adjustable dial doesn’t do anything , it doesn’t change the angle of the chair , it might be because of an issue during the assembly , other than that , The chair is quite functional and mobile .

Poor workmanship. The bolt holding the head support is not engaging in the thread. Thread is worn out and bolt seems to be smaller than required.Head support is not holding in its place and falling off. Can’t do anything to repair this at my end.
Edit1- the company contacted. Tried to give solutions over phone which did not work. Now they have sent a fresh piece of joiner plastic. I give that they are responsive. But doubt that they can come and repair anything at your home. Now the headrest is ok. Revising to 3 star.

Been using the chair for a month now, it’s comfortable to sit in even for hours at a stretch, the wheels are okay. Only concern is the screws, holding the back-rest of the chair with the frame, tends to buldge out when fully tightened and might tear the net over time. As seen in the second image I’ve not tightened the lower screws fully just to be on the safer side.
