Basically it took almost 1 hour to install but I like the quality and packaging.

Table is decent. A little flimsy at the highest setting, but nothing too concerning. The 2 stars are for the false advertising in terms of memory settings. There are no memory settings. The advertising image and the product description mentions that there are 4 memory settings, but there are none. To Amazon’s credit, they did say that they would replace the table, but looking at the product images, it doesn’t look like the model has any memory settings at all. Plus, it would’ve taken another 3 hours to disassemble the desk, and an additional 3 hours to fix the new one, and most likely without memory settings. Didn’t see the point. I’ve written off my purchase as an expensive lesson.

The product is excellent in term of quality and space, if working from home or have long working hours. Adding on is stable when at maximum height. Suitable for working professional with average height.
The delivery was good. Outer box had negligible damages.
Assembly: the assembly service would take atleast a week , so it is better to “do it yourself”. Easy to assemble , does require a helping hand.
PS- this review is after using the product for a week.

Recieved a defective product asked for a replacement but still didn’t reciece the replacement

Quality is good for the price at fourteen K. The particle board is very thin – 1.4 cms. The board has drill markings as in picture. Lite model has 3 memory settings. All good with stability for typing and using mouse when raised, but the table wobbles when we shake purposefully when raised.
Installation service was scheduled on the same day as delivery. The installation vendor showed up promptly at the appointment on the same day. This is in Chennai. This depends on city.
