The chair is durable and sturdy. The material used is of good quality and the finish is of high quality. I assembled it myself, although they do offer to send a technician to do it for you. The tilt of the chair is a little bit on the harder side, but for me it wasn’t an issue. Ease of assembly is moderate if you know what you’re doing. If you don’t want to take the risk then just let their people take care of it. The chair is heavy, so you will need to handle it accordingly. The arm rests are adjustable in height, and can be titled from side to side, as well as sliding back and forth. The cushion is soft but firm so it offers a good seating comfort. I work long hours so that is why I purchased it. I’ve been using it for a week now and I am happy with the product and I feel the price is justified. For me it’s functional and it serves my purpose well. The wheels and the base is also sturdy and well put together.
