Microsoft Xbox One S 1TB Console (White)

This is my first ever console, it was a gift from my GF it has 2 things entertainment as well as gaming
1 Build quality wise top notch.
2 controller u feel premium in ur hand and also comfortable to play games.
3 I have Samsung 55 inch 1080p tv i play movies from Netflix, amazon and YouTube The video clarity is mind blowing I never seen that kind of clarity before in my tv
4 You can play 4K if u have 4K tv through Xbox Blu-ray player or from YouTube u can easily feel difference.
5 games ply smoothly till now played

The Witcher 3
Assassin creed
Gta v
I am impressed by the clarity of all this games mind blowing.
Buy a rechargeable cells one u charge it comes one month.
I am not a hardcore gamer but I play thrice in a week and daily I use for entertainment purpose so i am completely satisfied by my purchase.

So far so good. We can only set 720p or 1080p. Need more options for various resolutions. Its all in the hands of microsoft. For example 1360 x 768. A little delay in delivery but still very good.

Product good but free games (Halo 5 and Forza 6 ) not received …

Will write about the product itself after I get it back, actually an awesome product, put down by the service team… A typical Indian Fiat car case!!!

After I wrote about the experience, Seems the alarm clock started ringing… The Gulliver actually woke up!!!… Suddenly MS guys sprung into action… And they scheduled the pickup… And the FedEx guys were kind enough to take it after 7 pm on a working day since we both are working and both of us hit home after 8, made a compromise for the said day so that the pickup does happen… Now my console sits with the MS service centre… Will update!!

Bought the console. Amazing delivery within one day by Amazon. Was working fine for a week. Suddenly it stopped reading discs.
It was the last day for the return window to close in Amazon, Had a bad experience there, Amazon app didn’t accept the return saying the window was closed, but the status was showing that the window will close only the next day, Called up Amazon support, even they said they’re unable to help since the option was not showing up for them…?????
But yes, The Amazon call centre did pick up the call within seconds, unlike Xbox support which never answered, even after multiple tried over multiple days… But however polite the Amazon guy was, he obviously couldn’t help coz the manufacturer themselves don’t even show up!
Pathetic, Microsoft, Pathetic!

I’m cautioning again, Don’t buy this!!! Funny spend your hard earned money thinking that you’ll get support coz Microsoft being a giant and all!
They’re not there in India! Just like that!

Now to the experience with the pathetic Microsoft service.
The support from Microsoft is just pathetic, I don’t get any replies to the mails. Had to wait for 45 minutes and listen to the waiting tunes on the call centre number and then got disconnected without having any conversation. Then on the online chat which is half the time non functional, I somehow got through to an agent who said he’d scheduled the return pickup. Then I waited and waited, nothing came. Again went through the whole process to find out if I’m lucky enough to contact the Xbox help centre, After a lot of attempts, again somehow got through to an agent in the online chat. He said that the previous agent missed out on scheduling the return label itself and he created the same for me after making me wait for more than an hour. Then he was also not sure about the process to follow through which I can send back the product. He said he’ll get back to me by eod, for which even after 48 hours I’m waiting for. Even in doing the return schedule he committed a mistake, he scheduled it as a refund, for which I got it corrected.. Then wrote to Microsoft asking for the process, nothing came so far.
Hence, I packed the Xbox console as given in the website and approached the FedEx people, they refused to take in the parcel as the pickup is not scheduled by Microsoft. This is really painful, If this is going to be the experience for a person who buys an Xbox, I’m really really sorry… No wonder Sony is the one which everyone’s recommending. And I feel like being an idiot, having taken this decision to buy an Xbox.
The return label is created for 7 days, and I believe it expires today. And today again I waited for half an hour listening to your waiting tunes just to get disconnected and the online chat is always showing the status as closed.
