Great specs. But high boot time. Slows up when multiple browser windows or multiple apps are opened.
Display is very fragile, Was very careful with same however the 360 mechanism is not great, very scrappy which got stuck and hence the screen is broken.
Dell needs to works hard on touch screen laptop design.

First mother board has to be changed within few months. Now Touch screen and its connection with main body got partially detached on right side.

I was on impression that buying from Amazon will give us the best service n quality product, but checked with the product is not charging at all , & shocking the charging wire is not Orginal wire of dell … it’s seems the product is also duplicate … very bad experience purchasing a product from Amazon to trust or not … it’s shocking

The product is great and working efficiently. After first charging, however, the battery drained very quickly. But, later on, battery is working fine. Rest everything seems fine after one month of use.

Loved my Dell 2 in 1 laptop!! Touchscreen, stylus pen everything works well! The screen is huge and very clear.. Really worth and useful or students and personal use.
