Great Product with the price point , 2in1 laptop with the excellent touch sensor , great brand Compact, Iris display, touch screen, performance and good speed. So all are amazing. Value for the money compare to other brand. Nice product from Dell. Also as a go green initiative it is designed with sustainable materials and ships in packaging made from 100% recycled and renewable materials and is 100% recyclable

You’ll be left with only 150gb of storage to use in a 256gb of total storage…pls be aware of it before buy.
And, few models comes with pen few are not, pls choose correct model if u want pen. I did a mistake in both the above aspects in this buy.
Most importantly, RAM is onboard which means there is no additional port to expand RAM in future. This was a major let down for me.
HDMI is just 1.4 not 2 ir 2.1.
Good thing is Ram is DDR5(means faster) which is rare to find in this segment.
Backlight keyboard is really nice and it is 2 level adjustable which I really liked.
Touch sensitivity and response is great.
Fingerprint works fine, kids like it a lot.
Speakers are front firing which is good.
The shoe is good. But the item sent was too large. Since the item was sent unordered size. Amazon service is extremely poor especially in southern Mizoram India –
Touch screen is not functioning. We made request to repair to the company. But not yet done till today. At the same time, Amazon service is so poor in our area, south Mizoram.

The Dell Active Pen was not delivered with the Laptop (it was clearly mentioned in the product video and the product details page that Active Pen should have been delivered with the laptop)
Even after contacting the customer service on Dell and Amazon, the only resolution that is being provided is just a refund which is not the “Solution” that I am looking for. Simply could have delivered the missing Dell Active Pen or replaced the product and delivered all the times again.
Not satisfied and very disappointed.

I have open the box in front of the delivery boy with an video recording.
In the box there was no pen inside it.
