Good speed, connectivity and coverage. Helpful app, had to reset it a couple of times so that deco can recognize each other. Other than that it was easy setup

Been using it since a few months and it’s working absolutely as it’s supposed to. I haven’t had to reset it yet even once. Installation was super easy (just download the deco app and follow instructions). I bought the three set and now there is no dead spot in my entire 8000 sq. ft. House not even in my garden. So range is good. No heating issues. No drops or connectivity issues not even once. The whole house has single ssid. I use the 6e feature for wireless connectivity n the speed is 99% same. Overall my wifi dead spots, low signal, resetting and even thinking about my wifi itself days are gone. It’s like it doesn’t exist, it’s so well integrated in my house. Highly recommend this over any other brands or routers out there. For more detailed queries ask the experts. I am just a leman trying to use the best things available out there to solve my daily problems 😊

I love this mesh system. I also have an Asus XT8 (single unit), which is an even more expensive router, with much less features and coverage. Main advantage is Wi-Fi 6e, especially if you are going to use the mesh system with wireless backhaul. The separate 6 Ghz band will be locked for the backhaul, with amazing speeds on the mesh node (I’m getting more than the advertised speed from ISP, on mesh node, which is a rarity). My house is about 4000 sq.ft, and this covers all the dead spots inside the house.

The only gripe I have is the app is too minimalistic, and both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz are unified under single SSID. It makes to provide seamless connection, but like me if you have IoT devices that only operate over 2.4 GHz, it becomes an issue. Solution: As a workaround, I had to create a unique guest network, with unique SSID, and assign the IoT devices to that network. And I need to switch to that network if I have to operate IoT devices. I don’t mind the trade-off considering how great the routers are, but if this bothers you, look somewhere else.

Delivery – Amazing. It Was Delivered To Me In Only 3 Days.
What’s Inside – It Comes Up With 2 Units With 2 Adapters And An Ethernet Cable.
Setup & Installation – Couldn’t Be More Easier. Just Download The Deco App And You’re Good To Go.
Performance – When It Comes To Performance 3 Things Matter – Speed, Range, Connectivity.

Speed – The Main Deco Unit Provides 100% Of Your Speed Provided By ISP, The Second Deco Unit Which Is Wirelessly Connected Will Minimise Your Speed By At Least 20% Even If You’re Standing Close To Second Deco. I’m Using 6Ghz Band As Backhaul And My Internet Speed Is 100MBPS, On Second Deco I Get 80MBPS Speed Which Is Located On First Floor Just Above The Main Deco. As I Move Around My Speed Drops To 60MBPS And Even In Furtherest Corner Of My Room And Balcony I’m Connected With At Least 15MBPS Speed. I’m So Far Satisfied With The Speed I’m Getting With The Wireless Backhaul. My Bedroom Is 20 Feet Away From Second Unit And With The Doors Closed I Get 50MBPS Speed.

Range – I Live In A 40×40 Foot House That Has 3 Floors (1600 Sqft Each) My Main Deco Is Installed On Ground Floor And Second On First Floor. On Ground Floor I Get Internet Around The House With No Dead Spots. On First Floor Where My Second Unit Is, I Get Internet Access Everywhere. Previously I Was Using Netgear Access Point Which Was Weak Penetrating Walls, Would Lose It’s Signal Just When I Would Enter Bathroom, But This One, It Reaches Every Corner. This Deco Unit Has The Best Range. When It Comes To Range I’d Give It 5 Star Out Of 5. On Third Floor, I Get 40 MBPS When I’m Just Above The Deco, When I Move To The Furthest Part I Lose My Signal. This Deco Can Work Good On Same Floor For Each Floor You’d Require Another Deco.

Connectivity – So Far I Have Not Faced Any Connectivity Issues, This Device Seamlessly Connected As I Roam Around The House, I Have Not Faced Any Disconnection And Both Nodes Are Connected To Each Other Flawlessly All The Time.

    It’s Time For Cons

1- This Device Only Comes In 2 Pack, No 3 Pack Option Available.
2- A Single Node Is Not Available To Purchase, Since They Sell Only 2 Pack The Least TP Link Could Do Is Sell 1 Extra Node So We Can Further Extend Our Network.
3- TP Link Should Sell Wall/Ceiling Mount For This Device Which Could Have Been More Aesthetic Given The Look Of XE75

Conclusion – The Other Option Available In Market Near Same Range Is Netgear Orbi Dual Band Which Costs Around 18K For 2 Units And 25K For 3. You Can Opt For That If You Have Wired Backhaul Support, For Better Connectivity A Tri-Band Is Always A Better Option And That’s Where XE75 Wins The Race. There Are No Other Options Available In Market That Provides Tri-Band On Wifi 6 In This Range. Just Go For It, You Will Not Regret.

I found it to better than Netgear Orbi which I was using RBK50 for last 3 years.

    I selected 3 router setup XE75

    Plus points
    Easy setup,
    fast restart,
    fast connectivity with satellites,
    great signals.
Very easy application, I even edited local network and dhcp settings via app, on the fly was quick.
And I am able to get details of all connected clients which was a problem with Orby.

I have put 6ghz for Backhaul for now.

Dont buy this product, good on paper when u come to reality it’s just 800RS product. Insted of wasting 14k amount, buy any below 1K router it give what it promise. It’s just waste of money at least right now.

Signal strength is not good even 800RS router can give u better signal.

Come to Stability not as expected

Build quality is good, without performance what we do with quality

    Heating problem is there

I have an existing Wifi Mesh created with Tp link Deco m9 Plus. The Master router was in the hall, we had several wifi switches in the portico, garden way for controlling lights. At times these wifi switches use to loose connectivity, hence I was looking for solution. At that time, while going through the specs for this router, found this to be more powerful also supported Tri Band. Hence decided to replace main Deco M9 Plus with this. The installation was quite simple, this also solved my problem of wifi switches loosing connectivity. Now I have hybrid wifi mesh consisting of XE75 and M9 Plus. It works well, provides value for money.
