I’ve been using a $23 amazon basics xbox controller for 5 years. The left joystick finally started to malfunction so I ordered this new PowerA controller.
First impressions: build quality is a bit better overall. The buttons definitely feel more solid, especially the D pad. I like it. Hopefully it holds up as long as the previous one. I would say definitely worth the $28.

 I like it! Honestly, I’ve never used the original Microsoft Xbox X series controllers, so I can’t really compare. I’ve been using the budget-friendly Redgear controller for the past 3 years, and it’s mostly held up. But I wanted a better feel for joystick controls and triggers. Since microsoft only offer a 90-day warranty for their controllers, I wasn’t comfortable spending that much.
Now, about this controller- the buttons feel tactile and sturdy, especially the D-Pad, which is usually the worst on budget controllers. Triggers are smooth, slightly firmer than Redgear, but more precise. The layout and design are completely identical to the Original Controller, minus the wireless capability, which is fine. One issue: the LED light is bothersome at night. They should’ve put it under the Xbox logo, which would’ve looked more cool in my opnion. Overall, it’s great! but only time will tell about its longevity! (:
PS: I do want to mention that the package was delivered in really poor condition. It wasn’t packaged in any separate box like they usually do. I mean, specially with elctronic items it’s a must. I’ve added an image and you can see how bad the box’s condition is. To be fair, this is the first time i’ve had an experiance like this, never before :/

Gostei muito. Estava jogando agora a pouco com a minha filha. Ela tem Xbox séries s .funciona muito bem. Gostei do fato de ele ser com cabo é bem grande o suficiente .preço justo.e chegou 4 dias antes do combinado
