The product is a big fail. Within a day or two the cushions of the ear pieces got removed and was not able to join. Even the connectivity is also poor. Only good thing is it’s sound quality.

– Initially I only noticed BT v5.3 on ad images but actually as described in Amazon product specification it only has BT v4.2 which sucks for a person who constantly uses only minimum BT v5 audio quality.
– Other than that this is an amazing product with pretty product at this price for it’s features and aesthetics.
– But the device is not very durable so we have to use it with care but at this price with this many features, I don’t mind.
– Also after 1/2 months of use one of my ear cushion fell off but I was able to put it back on easily so it was no problem.

I had this product for 1 year and used it for not more than 6 months.
First, the ear cups came off and then the micro SD stopped working.
Below average product and the price of Rs. 599 is too much for this below below average product!
My recommendation, don’t buy!

The sound quality is terrible. the person on the other end cannot hear me at all and they are barely audible.
b) The ear muffs keep falling out and the quality of the leather/rexine is terrible.
I am a careful user otherwise and I take good care of my things.Not meant for rough usage, how headphones are meant to be used. So, I end up not using it at all.

You can listen to lot of noise only and no radio FM. The product is old and God only knows as to how long the battery will last.

Pros:
–Pairs easily
–Retains charge for a few hours (I have never charged it fully)
–Fully worth the money.
–Sound is good
–I had a boat rockers 550 headphone which was more than 3 times the price of this one and it broke in 3 uses.
This one is still going on.
–The frame is strong as I put it in my luggage when traveling by road and apart from the ear mitt falling off nothing else broke.
Cons
–there is a lag (only first time) between when you can hear the person and he/she hears you back when you connect to a Microsoft teams call. Both sides say hello hello and then after 5 secs it’s fine.
It’s a bit annoying at times
— the charge light sometimes is not visible till you really intently look at it. The display led could have been a bit brighter. The price being les, the plastic and the internal component layout probably has the led to a side and the viewport of it is not clear.
– people with larger ears will feel a pain after some use as it’s a bit tight. The ear mitts are not that soft.
Overall: Hands down best handset for money that I have purchased. More than perfect for students. For Gamers this will not be comfortable.
For office people and students it gets the work done.
