Ordered this item knowingly that few people mentioned that it has speaker problem. It was delivered timely by Amazon. All functions were working properly except some humming sound from the speaker. There was no direct replacement option available in the system. On request Amazon send 3 consecutive technicians and all of them reported that problem has been solved. These technicians even don’t know how to switch on a laptop. They were asking for the otp and after receiving left immediately. Finally I called the dell customer care and their service engineer replaced both the speakers. It was working properly for some time but again the same sound was coming intermittently. Mean time replacement option already gone. Since it is in warranty I have to take it to authorise service center. I am a prime member of Amazon and purchased so many things. Earlier also replacement done smoothly. I thought that this type of item can’t be repaired so easily and in case of any fault it can be easily replaced . I suggest to purchase laptop from authorised dealer where I can check all the functions easily before procurement

My use case : programming/educational/entertainment
General Review: Good processor, Feels responsive. Has turbo till 4.1 GHz. 4 core, 8 threads. Two SODIMM slots , expandable upto 64 GB. Has NVME M2 SSD, has 1 free SATA slot for 2.5 inch HDD/SSD. Fast and expandable. Display is SVA , not IPS, but does the job well for normal usage (not for color sensitive work). It is matte/anti-glare. Maximum brightness is a bit low. Non-backlit keyboard. Feels fine to type on with slight bending, but that’s okay. Touchpad feels good to use. I could work on it without a mouse. Speakers are good, not loud. Has some bassiness to it. Pleasantly surprised. Power Backup is decent, I think 3-4 hours of normal usage which is sufficient for me. Charges quickly as well. Hinge tilt is 120 degrees (approx), which raises the base for better airflow. No Ethernet port. No webcam privacy shutter. Heats up a little at load, but that’s expected. You can keep it on a table or use a cooling pad.
Not perfect, but a good budget buy. 4/5

Best for multitasking users ,it can handle multitasking easily, the AMD Ryzen 3 5425u, gives the performance better than Intel i3 11th gen u series And dell is also known for its reliability, it’s almost 2 months using this laptop and it’s fabulous… good- 1. slim and light weight 2. anti glare display with 120hz and viewing angles are also good. 3. good charging speed (60% in 60min , avg charging speed is 1min=1%) 4. ram and storage is upgradable 5. speakers are good and loud.
bad- 1. less no. of ports and not latest gen ports 2.no led indicator for CPU is on or not. 3.no camera privacy shutter 4.avg. battery backup 5. no backlit keyboard

Good Battery Life checked upto Six hours after that also Battery was showing for 45 percent. No heating issues or no hanging issues. Very light weight as mentioned. Only feel sound quality has some turbulance, but if we use bluetooth device then there is no issues and very clear.
