     1. Amazon is not replacing or refunding and forcing to directly contact Dell.
    2. Amazon service Engineer called me and requested video on WhatsApp
    3. Have call recording of Dell support for troubleshooting via me for more than two hours. They are not accepting that laptop hardware is faulty.
