Product is good but installation procedure not laid down by manufacturer caused difficult. More over on line tips for trouble shooting went wrong. Help from HP is nil. Near about one day what’s app chating is made with HP representative but in vain. Finally ii could have resolved issue today. So , decided to retain the product. Not returning to Amazon.
