Great product. All buttons there in keyboard, display is colourful… webcam is working, ultra pro max level booting speed and at end colours in keyboard helped me to save my room electricity bill thanks. Must buy.

The companies should seriously STOP naming the performance laptops and PCs as Gaming laptops! I purchased a laptop only for Video editing purposes, but the description which shows GAMING laptop makes the situation worse, the people at home say are you wasting lakhs of rupees for Gaming!? And its very hectic to make them understand that this is not only for gaming but for high power software, but that doesn’t pacify their thoughts!
Companies should not label them as Gaming, but High performance or ultra high performance laptops! Only gamers does not buy them, get that in mind!

I have ordered my ASUS ROG Zephyrus M16 (2022), 16-inch (40.64 cms) 2K QHD 165Hz/3ms, Intel Core i7-12700H 12th Gen, RTX 3060 6GB Graphics, Gaming Laptop (16GB/1TB SSD/Win 11/Office 2021/Black/2 Kg), GU603ZM-K8035WS on 7th, July ,2023. I got it delivered on 15th July 2023. The return window got closed on 21st July 2023. On 28th October the laptop screen gone blank, the laptop had all it’s power lights ON but the laptop’s screen was blank. I went to the Asus Authorised service centre (F1 Info Solutions & Services) to claim the 1-year warranty and service my laptop. But I came to know that the laptop’s 1-year got expired on 8th August 2023. So, the laptop was activated on 8th August 2022 itself, but I order my laptop on July 7th July 2023. From this it can be inferred that I was resold already sold laptop. But I paid for a brand-new laptop and it was never mentioned anywhere that it is Refurbished or Re-sold laptop.
So, I called the customer service and requested for return and refund for my laptop. After lot of calls and processes, they have agreed for refund of my laptop. But I have been trying to return my laptop from 19th November. But, no one came to my retrieve the laptop except once, one delivery agent came and refused to pick my order as it was high budgeted order. And told to request to the customer for a “Verified Return Pick-Up”. I requested it to the customer service and that was also initiated but no one literally no one came to my door step till now.
I have been connecting with the customer care for almost a month but still no on has come to pick up my order. Each and every time the return pick-up keeps shifting dates. And customer service kept rescheduling the return pick-up and they just kept transferring the calls to special team and investigation team, and kept doing the investigation process for 72-hours, which was done 3 to 4 times till now. But they aren’t giving any proper results after the investigations as well. And they are false accusing me that I have cancelled the return or my house was locked. Firstly, if someone shows up to my apartment, they be will allowed to enter the apartment gates only after we accepting the request from the apartment’s securities (stating that some delivery agent has come to your flat, only after that the delivery agent will be allowed to enter the apartment premises) and secondly the if I had cancelled the request for return of my order, then it should reflect in my amazon account which it didn’t happen. These false accusations which cannot be accepted at all. And some customer service agents also told me we can even arrange you advance refund for my order, and if this pick-up fails. But it kept failing till 16th December 2023. Yet, there is no proper solution to my problem. They just keep transferring my calls to different department, even till the uppermost levels of the department. All I have experienced is poor and sometimes rude service. I have the call recording of few agents with me.
Such a huge organization cheated me, and sold me re-sold laptop and with an atrociously poor customer service. Amazon should be embarrassed for this. I definitely want to solution for this?
