I chose these headphones as they seemed to have larger earphones and they had the audio and microphone plugs that I need for working in a call centre. Earphones did not fit completely over your ear, like a gaming headset. Customers would say they couldn’t hear me, or I was far away or fuzzy.
Customer service was excellent though. Responded to the return an offered to send me a different product, at no charge. Would definitely shop from them again.

This product made for 11 year old child’s head. Does not fit in normal adult head without stretching. Vocal in sound are surprisingly good but mic introduces noise of his oven and captures crisp noise from background to. mic distorts vocals too. I am not audiophile so I am not commenting about base. But there packaging was horrendous one. I received product in most worst possible packaging. They did not even sealed package with tape.

Mostly meant for children or small made people. I had to stretch out the head set till the last points for it to sit on my head.

I have been using this headset for almost 2 months nearly all the time for meetings and it is still working 🙂 It is also better than some other ones I tried.
Quality: reasonable. I can hear people just fine on a low volume, but they do not hear me as well at the same setting. I actually have to move the mic to be right in front of my mouth and increase the volume. The mute button on the headset itself never worked. But having audio jack vs. USB seems to be so much more reliable.
Comfort: having the headset just on top of my ears was hurting after some time from squeezing. So, I decided to to roll my ears inside the ear cushions and that helped. Although if you have rather large ears, they may not fit. Same set works just fine for kids.
Overall, I like this headset, especially after trying quite a few others. Hopefully, it will last.

I bought this to use as a backup headset for when my wireless headset needs to charge. First the single microphone 3.5 mm jack would not fit my cell phone 3.5 mm in the case. The 3.5 mm audio aux cable I use with the same phone case has no problem fitting through the hole but the connector housing on this headset is too big.
Second the mic is only available on the left side of the headset and does not flip all the way down to be used in the right side of your head, so if that’s your preference, this headset is probably not the one for you.
Also, I bought one in “very good condition” and it is was in very good condition so for the $14.95 I wasn’t expecting perfection.
Lastly, the audii quality was very good for podcasting, after listening to the recorded results. I give it a 3 out of possible 5 stars. 01/26/22
