This was the second pair I’d bought, as I was happy with the value of the first. However, after a little under a month, the mic stopped working. After some troubleshooting, I determined that the headset’s connection to the mic was the problem, not the mic itself.
I contacted Amazon, and not only could they not do an exchange, the refund process was kind of a hassle. I reached out to the manufacturer and they sent me a replacement, quickly, with minimal hassle.
I’m leaving a four star review because I don’t think the quality standards are great, and I would have preferred just to have the product work for more than a month. That said, the value for the dollar is really great, I think higher quality standards would raise the price, and EKSA is VERY responsive to defect complaints.
Overall, I’m quite happy with the product at the price point, and I think you can order EKSA products knowing that they’ll do the right thing if there are any problems.

I use them at 20 to 30 % volume level, and I get more than 6 hours of battery on single charge (only the buds without the case). The gaming experience is just like the wired headset, only it is wireless. And the mic quality is amazing. If you don’t listen to the music often and want a good wireless device for listening podcasts, long online meetings, and long gaming hours, these are perfect.
